Great location (walking distance to Bernabeu stadium and 2 metro stations). Direct train from Nuevos Ministerios to Très Cantos and direct metro to Airport (didn't have to use any Uber). Room is quite large, well equipped with a nespresso machine and AC (a must at the period i was there). Breakfast choice is relatively good, opened at 7am.... Pool on the rooftop is appreciated (close at 8pm). Room is quite well sound proof for neighbors.

The hotel looked fantastic, very clean and helpful staff. The rooftop pool and bar was great as were the coffee facilities and water in reception

The hotel is in very nice location - in the new city center. Great for business trips. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast is good. The rooms were very small, but still they have everything you need. Bonus thing - free cab from airport to the hotel. Nice bar where you can have a drink and relax, or play arcade games - for the oldschool guys. :-)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in and every interaction seamless. The rooms were spotlessly clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. Every morning, we looked forward to the delicious breakfast, which had a great variety of fresh and tasty options. The hotel also has a lovely bar where we enjoyed relaxing after a long day of exploring. The location is perfect—close to everything you need, and with excellent connections to the city center. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be back!

The room was better this time. It has everything you need. The bathroom was spacious enough. The hotel is in a great location. Near two metro stations, big shopping centers, and lots of restaurants nearby. Great for business visit.

The hotel itself is really nice, modern, clean. Nice roof terrace if you get the weather, with a bar and pool, all good. We didn't eat there so can't comment on the food. The hotel is really close to the Bernabau Stadium so handy if you're going there.

The hotel features an unusual design, very well executed, which redefines what a hotel can be and look like. This did not sacrifice on any of the comfort though: the free drinking water offer was completed with a candy bar, and generally the place was comfortable, clean, and inviting. Plus, the bar was open until late.

Modern rooms (although it was quite tight but that was the one that I booked so I can't blame them for that!) Nice decor in the foyer and, bar and pool. About a ten minute walk to the nearest metro and about 25 mins away from the city centre. Pool was nice and towels are provided. The rooftop bar was also very nice.
