Great location (walking distance to Bernabeu stadium and 2 metro stations). Direct train from Nuevos Ministerios to Très Cantos and direct metro to Airport (didn't have to use any Uber). Room is quite large, well equipped with a nespresso machine and AC (a must at the period i was there). Breakfast choice is relatively good, opened at 7am.... Pool on the rooftop is appreciated (close at 8pm). Room is quite well sound proof for neighbors.

The hotel is in very nice location - in the new city center. Great for business trips. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast is good. The rooms were very small, but still they have everything you need. Bonus thing - free cab from airport to the hotel. Nice bar where you can have a drink and relax, or play arcade games - for the oldschool guys. :-)

Modern rooms (although it was quite tight but that was the one that I booked so I can't blame them for that!) Nice decor in the foyer and, bar and pool. About a ten minute walk to the nearest metro and about 25 mins away from the city centre. Pool was nice and towels are provided. The rooftop bar was also very nice.

The bed is firm and really comfortable, pillows are lovely. The bathroom and the furnishings are sparkly clean and spotless. Air-conditioning is working well. The room overall is very comfortable. There’s iced diffused water at the lobby which is really handy when you arrive from walking in the hot weather outside. Pool is also chill and vibey with live DJ and the lobby is also well-designed. Very good place to stay in.

It's a modern hotel with good location, Bernabeu Stadium was 10-15 mins by walk, beds are comfortable, breakfast was wonderful. I liked that you can decide every day if you want to have breakfast or not and no need to tell in advance. Coffee, tea and one bottle of water was complimentary in the room, daily cleaning included, no minibar but there was a fridge for personal use. Multiple restaurant, bakeries, pharmacy, shops were in the near.

We chose the hotel because it has a pool and the rooftop view is nice. You also get pool towels from the hotel. The room is okay for one night and the bed is comfy.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was in an excellent location for the Santiago Bernebau stadium and the metro. There was a really good choice at breakfast however the cooked products were Luke warm and needed to be warmer. The complimentary water and hot drinks in the rooms and on the floors was a nice touch and a great bonus. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

qualitative room (good quality bed, bathroom in the norms). Location was ideal for me as I had to be in the area of Bernabeu. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice to have the pool at this period of the year. Great to have water and coffee available in the ground floor.

10 min walk away from the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, close to metro stations to easily get into Madrid city centre (can also use the metro to get to the hotel from the airport too!). The reception area in the hotel looks great, there's arcade games to play and a fusbal table too! I really liked the fruit flavour water on offer, and our floor also had a coffee machine by the lifts if you need another pick me up. Staff were really nice and friendly, we got to the hotel a few hours before check in so we went to get something to eat to kill some time. We were still early when we got back to the hotel but we were able to check in a few hours earlier - which was great.
